What is love?

Love, yes the word itself brings out a stream of emotions gushing out of an individuals soul.
Emotions so diverse and varied, that if a young adult is questioned about it he is sure to be bewildered.

Love is something so fragile, so decrepit that even if a single misconception arises, it can be shattered, if only we knew love is childish till the end.

Love is by far the most paradoxical concept that i have ever come across. The greatest joy as well as the most devastating moments can both be linked to it.

Love is something more than just mere infatuation, passion or lust. It is when one's soul and body is inclined with another in such a tender and indescribable way that if we are capable enough to give it a try, it might actually provide the most eternal and everlasting bond that a human can ever achieve.

The major drawback about surrendering one's heart and soul in a relationship is when it isn't really fruitful and ends up destroying one's attitude towards oneself and love.

But also having loved another and being loved is unquestionably the most blissful experience.

"Love is a canvas furnished by nature and embroidered by imagination." ~ Voltaire

As far as i know, love, for me is still a concept so disparate, something so childish, something that provides you with unpredictable, vague as well as life changing experiences on a daily basis.

I definitely do not assume it to be like a drug, and advice not to get addicted to it and crave for unrealistic undying love.

But rather Love is something as devalued yet essential as water. We do need it, atleast a wee amount of it to survive on a dialy basis.

"I never knew how to worship until I knew how to love." ~ Henry Ward Beecher
